After a brief visit to the winery and a tour of the vineyards, dinner-tasting will begin at the table. Wines to be tasted will be: LA FAMIGLIA Rosso IGT or LEVITATE Rosato IGT THE COUPLE Chianti Classico DOCG THE EMPEROR Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG The SWEET Vin Santo Each wine will be explained and tasted in combination with a selection of dishes from the tradition of typical Tuscan cuisine, carefully designed and crafted by our Chef, a reminder of how much wine has always been and still is an integral part of the meal. Our Chef Roland offers a triptych of Antipasti, an encore of Primi, a Secondo with side dishes and dessert. Each Course at the Chef's discretion will be paired with 1 glass of our wines
