For over 50 years the Bandini family has been investing in the typicality of its products.
Maintaining a traditional style is the philosophy that accompanies their way of producing agriculture.
The company always tries to get the most out of its products compatibly with what are its technical and economic resources and its potential. The variability of the seasons, the soil and climate characteristics (terroire), the processing techniques, make sure that the product you get is absolutely linked to all this and therefore never the same but always with its own character that distinguishes it. It is much easier to "build" a wine that resembles identified models than to give it a character that links it to a specific company, to a specific area, to the variability of the vintage.
Here the wines of Oliviera are the result of a traditional processing of grapes without exacerbating the technological devices. Its scents and flavors are those that the sun and the soil are able to transmit, warm, fruity and enveloping; with this wine the idea of simple, healthy and authentic is accompanied by that of a refined wisdom and opposes the homogenization of sensations without complying with what is commonly called international taste. We want to conceive wine in the form of pleasure and grasp its meaning within the culture of its territory and the sensations emerging from the banquet.
