After a brief visit to the winery and a tour of the vineyards, dinner-tasting will begin at the table.
Wines to be tasted will be:

The SWEET Vin Santo
Each wine will be explained and tasted in combination with a selection of dishes from the tradition of typical Tuscan cuisine, carefully designed and crafted by our Chef, a reminder of how much wine has always been and still is an integral part of the meal.
Our Chef Roland offers a triptych of Antipasti, an encore of Primi, a Secondo with side dishes and dessert.
Each Course at the Chef's discretion will be paired with 1 glass of our wines
