The harvest, a centuries-old tradition in the heart of Tuscany, is the most exciting time of the year. Join the grape picking with your personal kit, discover the secrets of winemaking, and savor our organic wines during an exclusive cellar tour. This year, you can actively participate in the grape harvest with us. Armed with a true winemaker's kit, you'll have the opportunity to experience firsthand all the stages of the winemaking process: from the vineyard to the cellar, you can discover the fascinating stages of grape processing to better understand the transformation of this magnificent fruit into wine. The experience is available from September 7th to September 25th, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 12 PM. The duration of the experience is approximately 3 hours. In case of adverse weather, the experience will not take place and will be rescheduled if possible.

Discover the secrets of the Castelfalfi winery through an amazing wine tour that includes a walk through the vineyards, a visit to the production cellar, and the Barriccaia, where our organic wines develop the distinctive characteristics that set Tenuta di Castelfalfi apart. For a taste of authentic Tuscany, together with our winery team, you can learn more about the ancient art of winemaking, thanks to a guided tasting exploring six of our organic labels, paired with local and our own products for a perfect food and wine pairing.

During the experience, you will discover the olive harvesting and processing operations through a guided tour of one of our olive groves and the company mill. Our team will accompany you in tasting Tuscan oil, single-varietal oils, and EVO oil-based seasonings, all entirely obtained from the organic olives of our groves.
