The FAMILY GUIDI has been working in the wine sectorsince 1929, for 4 generations and still manifests that distinctive character: that is, that physiognomy of a family business, with know-how sedimented and handed down year after year from father to son.
From the hills of Chianti Classico and San Gimignano, distinctive and elegant wines, produced by expert hands, characterized by extreme attention to the search for the best quality.
Today the winery is divided between the historic and administrative headquarters in Poggibonsi and the two production units "Tenuta il Castagnolo" in San Gimignano and "Tenuta lo Spadaio" in Barberino Val d'Elsa.
The two production areas add up to each other about 50 hectares planted mainly with native grapes such as Sangiovese and Vernaccia di San Gimignano but also international ones such as Merlot and Chardonnay.
