L'Oliviera originates from the land of Chianti Classico and a family that has worked it for generations. In Vagliagli, where the dry soil and climate define the character of Sangiovese, every decision starts from the vineyard — because that's where quality is built, even before entering the winery.
Our work follows the rhythm of the land, not the market. We produce Chianti Classico, Riserva, and Gran Selezione, and an extra virgin olive oil handpicked when the olive is still green. Only attention, continuity, and respect for what this territory can offer.
We believe that authenticity is not declared — it is shown. In the wine that changes year after year but always remains recognizable. In the hospitality that has the rhythm of a family home, not a facility. In the fact that those who come to L'Oliviera find a genuine place, where the glass tells the same story as the vineyard seen from the window.
