The tasting includes 1 bottle of your choice from Vinum, Album or Uvem + a glass of Vivamus + one of the following menu options: Etruscan Menu: appetizer with reinterpreted recipes from Apicius and Columella (100 AD) + Stuffed eggs and special bread with truffle, Colonnata lard, fig compote, Taggiasca olives, walnuts, and spicy spianata. Farmer's Menu: tastings of local cured meats with mixed shepherd's cheeses, unsalted bread, and salted focaccia + tasting of our extra virgin olive oil Note: Select the menu in the options.
