The experience takes place outdoors under our large pergola, where we will guide you through the philosophy of Fattoria La Maliosa, the historical local varieties that characterize our wines, and the Corino Method, our approach to regenerative agriculture that guides every decision in the production of natural wines and organic EVO oils. During the tasting, you can sample 4 of our natural wines, selected to best tell the story of the region and the identity of our company. The wines will be accompanied by a selection of artisanal cured meats and cheeses carefully chosen from local excellences. Rustic bread will also accompany a guided tasting of our organic EVO oils, obtained from cold pressing of Tuscan cultivars. We will guide you on this sensory journey through scents, flavors, and stories, to offer you an authentic and engaging experience, immersed in the colors and sounds of the Maremma countryside, leaving you with a special memory of your visit to Fattoria La Maliosa. In case of bad weather, the experience will take place indoors. No refunds are provided under any circumstances. Join us at Fattoria La Maliosa for the Cantine Aperte in Vendemmia event! Enjoy a short break in the lush Maremma countryside during the harvest season. To celebrate this moment with you, we have prepared a zero-mile snack featuring a sandwich with local Tuscan ham and homemade grape flatbread. Perfect to enjoy with a glass of our artisanal wine. 🍷 (For the little ones, fruit juice. 🥤) On this occasion, you can also visit the new winery during the early stages of the harvest processing. 🍇 The event is organized in collaboration with the Wine Tourism Movement of Tuscany, as part of the Cantine Aperte in Vendemmia 2026. The event is also suitable for children!

At Fattoria La Maliosa, we organize picnics in specially equipped areas, with a spectacular view of the Tuscan Maremma hills. Enjoy a basket full of delicacies: every two people will receive a bottle of our natural red wine, along with a selection of local cold cuts and cheeses, sliced Tuscan bread, a crispy pizza, our organic EVO oil, artisanal cookies, and water.
