Maliosa Rosso is obtained from the selection of the best Ciliegiolo grapes, with a minor presence of Sangiovese and Cannonau grigio. The total values of sulphur dioxide are less than 15 mg/litre, the alcohol content is 14.5%.

Tasting notes:
The color is a full and intense ruby red, impenetrable. It declares its structure already from the way it settles in the glass.
The nose is warm and enveloping with the intense aromatic dowry typical of cherry cherry, black cherry and plum jam combined with a gentle balsamicity of Mediterranean scrub and a tertiary aspect hidden on the finish that adds leather, incense and lacquer, to complete an intense and balanced profile.
In the mouth it is structured, warm, complex and surprising. It floods the palate with blood presence composed of mineral intensity and extractive roundness, already in balance and which in turn react with wood and oxygen to make the wine complex and persistent.
The tannin is present and well aged, never too strident. The long maceration gives an exciting and long-lasting dynamism.

Examples of gastronomic pairings:
We suggest in combination with well seasoned egg pasta, also with meat sauce; autumn soups with mushrooms and fatty meat scraps; sheep's cheese with long maturation and with roast meat both white and red tasty; excellent with game also in elaborate recipes; well seasoned cold cuts.
