From Nero di Troia grapes grown on the Daunian hills and hand-picked, this unique wine is characterized by its intense ruby red color.

Rich aromatic and taste sensations of red fruits, particularly plum, cherry, and sour cherry, well balanced with the structure, spiciness, and freshness typical of the grape variety.

With excellent personality and character, its ideal pairing is with roasted or grilled red meats.

Sacco Vignaioli Apuli is the name we have chosen to identify who we are: winemakers deeply connected to our territory.
We are located in the pre-Gargano hilly area, on lands historically suited for the cultivation of vines and olives.

We are an organic farm, established about 20 years ago by Vincenzo Sacco and his dream of giving a clear "identity of wine" to this land, which is still not adequately known.

Today, the company is managed with modern technologies by Vincenzo's two sons: Matteo and Alessandro, who, after formative and work experiences outside the region, have returned and continue the business following the principles of environmentally friendly viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking, an authentic expression of the potential, expressive strength, and elegance of wines from northern Puglia.
The cultivated grape varieties are Nero di Troia, Bombino Bianco, Falanghina, and Primitivo.
The olive cultivar is Peranzana.
