The Casa Garello Wine Farm
warmly welcomes you for wine tastings and traditional lunches in Salice Terme, in the heart of Oltrepò Pavese. Located in a hillside position just a short walk from the thermal center, our family-run winery boasts a winemaking tradition spanning three generations.
We cultivate 10 hectares of vineyards producing Croatina, Pinot Noir vinified in white, Rosso Oltrepò, Barbera, Chardonnay, and Moscato. From the vineyard to the bottle, the entire process is overseen by our family, with manual grape harvesting respecting the traditions of Oltrepò Pavese.
Book a guided tour of the winery with a tasting of 4 wines accompanied by cold cuts, cheeses, and traditional dishes, or gift a unique food and wine experience starting from €25 per person.
