warmly welcomes you for wine tastings and traditional lunches in Salice Terme, in the heart of Oltrepò Pavese. Located in a hillside position just a short walk from the thermal center, our family-run winery boasts a winemaking tradition spanning three generations.
We cultivate 10 hectares of vineyards producing Croatina, Pinot Noir vinified in white, Rosso Oltrepò, Barbera, Chardonnay, and Moscato. From the vineyard to the bottle, the entire process is overseen by our family, with manual grape harvesting respecting the traditions of Oltrepò Pavese.

The experience includes a guided tour of the winery with the sommelier or winemaker and a tasting of four of our most representative wines, accompanied by two traditional Oltrepò cold hors d'oeuvres that will vary according to seasonality and a hot appetizer, usually a rustic vegetable pie. We end with a mouth-watering dessert typical of the area.
