Le Fraghe

From a large gate we enter the courtyard of the 14th-century House among Roses and Hydrangeas that color the entrance and the view opens to the Vineyards and the hill that hides the Lake but always leaves us with breathtaking sunsets in spring and fall.

We begin with a must-do walk through the Vineyards to learn about organic growing techniques and the Corvina and Garganega grape varieties. A trip to the winery then to savor the scent of the Wines in the tanks and taste them and learn about winemaking techniques. This is followed by a tasting seated in a dedicated room or outdoors.

Checkering: the spring season gives us sunny days but very fresh air; the first shoots are growing and it's time to remove the excess ones to then clear the 'foliage'.
