Matilde Poggi founded Le Fraghe in 1984, a historic winery in the heart of the Bardolino region on the morainic hills between the Veronese shore of Lake Garda, Monte Baldo, and the Valdadige. The vineyards are cultivated using an integrated organic method with mostly native grape varieties: Corvina, Rondinella, and Garganega.
The wines have been certified organic since 2012 and are synonymous with minerality, savoriness, freshness, and floral notes. They are vinified in steel, cement, and terracotta amphorae.
Tastings take place in a new, welcoming, and bright tasting room overlooking the company courtyard, accommodating up to 45 seated guests.
We also organize team-building activities, corporate briefings, and private events upon request.
