The first organic winery on Etna (certified Equalitas since 2000), Terra Costantino is immersed in a paradise of biodiversity: wild herbs, olive trees, medicinal plants, vineyards at an altitude of 450–550 meters.
It offers integrated wine tourism experiences: a visit to the 1700s wine press, vineyard botany, underground wine cellar, and tastings with light lunch and local wines (Nerello Mascalese, Carricante). The audio format “Open Winery” (in collaboration with Loquis and Silvia Ghirelli) transforms the visit into an immersive story, available with geolocated podcasts.
