IN TASTING
Our interpretation of the Etna terroir, the organic and sustainable wines from the deAetna classic line:

- Etna Rosato DOC deAetna
- Etna Bianco DOC deAetna
- Etna Rosso DOC deAetna

The tasting is accompanied by traditional Etna bread seasoned with organic Evo oil from the olive groves surrounding the vineyards.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo ricevuto una esperienza di laboratorio di produzione pasta ripiena fresca. L'esperienza è stata molto interessante, bella ed interessante... Dopo aver prodotto abbiamo fatto un giro alla cantina Calatroni... Tutto molto interessante... Il tutto si è concluso a pranzo con un buonissimo antipasto, la pasta ripiena da noi prodotta, una buonissima torta di mele e con la degustazione di ottimi vini ad ogni portata. Grazie per l'accoglienza e per la professionalità!
