We will tell you about the Biointegrale philosophy in a step-by-step path, which from our panoramic terrace over the vineyards of Suvereto, will arrive at the winery , passing between the rows of the vineyard . The growing environment is for us a harmonious space where we work, produce, live and you will be able to admire every aspect of an enchanted realm rich in biodiversity.
From the work in the vineyard to the work in the cellar: the harvest , the winemaking, in the amphorae d i terracotta and in concrete tanks , the aging of wines in the barrique cellar . The goal at Casadei has always been to create wines from international grape varieties - cabernet sauvignon and franc, mourvedre, syrah, petit verdot and others , capable of expressing the characteristics of the terroir as well; wines that do not concede anything to fashions, but are rooted in the groove of international winemaking tradition.
Tasting of three wines will follow, accompanied by selected local products and our own extra virgin olive oil.

Casadei in Suvereto is a garden-estate that is the expression of an authentically Tuscan territory, in the Upper Maremma: to be visited along an educational path that reveals, stage after stage, the secrets of this enchanted ecosystem where ethics and aesthetics meet.
It was 1998. On the threshold of the new millennium this project with an international scope began:
like the vines planted, like the nationality of the members. Alongside the Casadei family, in fact, the property also extended to the Cline, wine entrepreneurs of the Sonoma Valley, who share the same love for the land and for wine, the same obsessive search for quality, the same care for the soil, respect for the grapes. We are citizens of the world, but we speak only one language: that of wine. Good
Casadei is a BioIntegral wine company: our agronomic philosophy includes a new concept of ethical agriculture that considers the protection of the environment the essential requirement for the future. The fascinating regularity of the rows is interrupted only by the centuries-old trees: cypresses, maritime pines, cork and olive trees to remind us that we are in Maremma, to draw an unmistakably Tuscan landscape.
