We will tell you about the Biointegrale philosophy in a step-by-step path, which from our panoramic terrace over the vineyards of Suvereto, will arrive at the winery , passing between the rows of the vineyard . The growing environment is for us a harmonious space where we work, produce, live and you will be able to admire every aspect of an enchanted realm rich in biodiversity. From the work in the vineyard to the work in the cellar: the harvest , the winemaking, in the amphorae d i terracotta and in concrete tanks , the aging of wines in the barrique cellar . The goal at Casadei has always been to create wines from international grape varieties - cabernet sauvignon and franc, mourvedre, syrah, petit verdot and others , capable of expressing the characteristics of the terroir as well; wines that do not concede anything to fashions, but are rooted in the groove of international winemaking tradition. Tasting of three wines will follow, accompanied by selected local products and our own extra virgin olive oil. DURATION: about 1h20 COST: 27 euros per person (minimum 2 people)

After strolling on the garden terrace, we will accompany you through the rows telling you about the Biointegral philosophy that influences every decision we make: you will touch an authentic environment rich in biodiversity. We will reach the winery to discover the fermentation and aging processes, visit the amphoraia and the evocative barrique cellar before concluding the tour in the tasting room. WHAT YOU DO: You will move freely inside the Estate enjoying our typical products that you will find in the comfortable refrigerated backpack delivered at the beginning of the route. You can choose among the most evocative corners of the Estate: between the rows of vines or at the edge of the romantic pond; lying on the grass or sitting at the tables along the path. The educational walk will reveal to you, stage after stage, all the secrets of this uncontaminated and unique place, authentically Tuscan. At the end, you can choose to visit our winery, with a guided tour, and taste the other Casadei wines. (with supplement) WHAT'S IN THE BASKET (refrigerated backpack) : Bread, water, typical products of the Casadei estates and a bottle of your choice (white Incanto Mediterraneo or red Armonia).
