Franciacorta DOCG Satèn made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from our vineyards in Cellatica, Gussago and Brescia. Fermentation and maturation of the base wine takes place exclusively in steel. Refermentation takes place with selected yeasts, after which the wine rests sur lies for 36 months, after which it is aged for a further 6 months in bottle. Residual sugar of 8 g/l and bottle pressure of only 4.5 ATM give this Franciacorta a great softness, ideal for accompanying the most delicate dishes.
The Cooperativa Vitivinicola Cellatica Gussago, founded in 1952, is a historic entity in Franciacorta.
Formed exclusively by small landowners, the Cooperative can count on 12 hectares owned by Members, located within 5 different appellations: Sebino and Ronchi di Brescia IGT, Cellatica and Curtefranca DOC, and Franciacorta DOCG.
