For the 2026 Festival, the Cellatica Gussago Wine Cooperative invites you to a tasting experience to discover its Franciacorta sans année wines. Your visit will begin inside the Cooperative's new production building, featuring modern winery equipment and historical artifacts. Here, you'll learn about the various stages of Franciacorta DOCG production, from harvest to bottle aging, including tirage, remuage, and disgorging. After the tour of the indoor facilities, the experience will move to the tasting room, where you can sample 3 Franciacorta sans année: Brut Satèn Rosé Brut These labels will guide you through our production philosophy: full steel vinification of hillside grapes, low residual sugar, and extended yeast aging, aiming to preserve the essence of the terroir of Cellatica, Brescia, and Gussago in every glass. The tasting will be accompanied by local cold cuts and cheeses. Minimum 2 people.

Your visit will begin inside the Cooperative's new production building, among modern winery equipment and historical artifacts. Here you will discover the various stages of Franciacorta DOCG production, from harvest to bottle aging, including tirage, remuage, and disgorgement. At the end of the indoor tour, the experience will move to our tasting room, where you can sample 2 vintage Franciacorta wines: Satèn Millesimato 2021 Riserva Dosage Zero 2020 These labels will guide you through the discovery of our production philosophy: complete vinification in steel of hillside grapes, low residual sugars, and long aging on the lees, with the aim of preserving the essence of the terroir of Cellatica, Brescia, and Gussago intact to the glass. The tasting will be accompanied by local cold cuts and cheeses. Minimum 2 people.
