A journey into culinary tradition led by Isabella, the star of Tuscan cuisine since 2018.
We have selected authentic recipes and traditional seasonal preparations.
What will you do:
- We will prepare one of the timeless seasonal Tuscan appetizers;
- The seasonal accompaniment of traditional homemade pasta will be by choice depending on the productions;
- A specialty in second meat (pork, chicken, rabbit, chianina) or vegetable-based
- The side dish paired with the main course is selected and prepared in the seasonality of the vegetable garden;
- Tuscan dessert of excellence: Il cantuccio or the classic tiramisu
Finally you will enjoy the dishes you have prepared, served with pairings of our wines designed to enhance each flavor.

Relais La Torre is an ancient rural complex of Lombard origin nestled in the quiet Tuscan countryside, a few kilometers from Arezzo.
For more than 10 years our family has been producing fruits of the earth in absolute respect of the organic method for the ethics of our history and those who work there, for those who taste our products and for the commitment we put every day in trying to improve ourselves, to meet the expectations of customers and be proud of what we do.
