We were greeted by Luigi at arrival. After we enjoyed the view, we were taken to the fields. He explained the different kind of grapes and the different terroir on the mountain versus lower. We also learned about some family history about the winery and his plans for the future.
Afterwards we were shown to the tasting room (again with the view) and we tasted 3 different wines. We were explained the differences in the wine. All in all a lovely morning

The Carilius Prestige Tasting will be held in the historic barrique cellar of the Botega in Via Poiano, 25, Bure Fraz. San Pietro in Cariano 37029, Verona (Italy) at the time indicated during the booking process.
Prepare to immerse yourself in an hour of pure pleasure as you explore an exquisite selection of 5 exceptional labels. The wines offered in this tasting are: Prosecco, 100% Corvina, Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso, Valpolicella Classico Superiore, and Amarone della Valpolicella.
The tasting will be led by Anna our Sommelier who will follow you during this journey of discovery of the territory.
We would like to remind you that water, taralli and a taste of our local products are always present.
You can also purchase a cheese and charcuterie board from the region separately. Animals are always welcome.
