We were greeted by Luigi at arrival. After we enjoyed the view, we were taken to the fields. He explained the different kind of grapes and the different terroir on the mountain versus lower. We also learned about some family history about the winery and his plans for the future.
Afterwards we were shown to the tasting room (again with the view) and we tasted 3 different wines. We were explained the differences in the wine. All in all a lovely morning

The Carilius In White tasting will be held inside the historic barrique cellar in the Botega of Via Poiano, 25, Bure Fraz. of San Pietro in Cariano, 37029 Verona (Italy) at the time indicated when booking.
Enjoy an enchanting tasting of three exceptional wines: Prosecco , Rosé and Soave.
The tasting will be led by Anna our Sommelier who will follow you during this journey of discovery of the territory.
We remind you that water, taralli and a taste of local products are always offered.
You can also purchase a cheese and charcuterie board from the region separately. Animals are always welcome.
