The tasting includes 1 bottle of choice between Vinum, Album or Uvem + a glass of Vivamus + one of the following menu choice:

• Etruscan Menu: appetizer with revised recipes of Apicius and Columella (100 AD) + stuffed eggs and special bread with truffles, lard colonnade composed of figs olives Taggiasca walnuts and spicy esplanade.
• Farmer's menu: tasting of cold cuts at km 0 with mixed cheeses of the shepherd, unsalted bread and crushed salted + tasting of our extra virgin olive oil

NB: After booking, you will be contacted for the choice of the menu. The price includes the entire bottle. Open, unfinished bottles will be left to visitors.
