Ours are unique products of extremely high quality. They are pieces of great value and collectibles. They are the result of studies, experiments and even mistakes, which sometimes help.
We have chosen organic and biodynamic agriculture. In the ancient vineyards, the bunches are harvested by hand. We do not add any elements to the grape juice that rests, not in barriques, but in jars buried at a depth of 3 meters.
We produce wine like 2,500 years ago and give away unique and unforgettable experiences.
A journey through time, not the usual visit to the cellar.
It begins with a visit to the vineyard, followed by a visit to the small Etruscan winery where the wines chosen for decanting are opened.
Then the hill of the pitchers, insulated with waxes and resins, and buried at a depth of 3 meters.
Finally visit the aging cellar, where you can buy the wine and label it before tasting with local products or Etruscan appetizer with recipes of Apicius updated.
