The Red Passion tasting reveals the most intense soul of Tenuta degli Dei. This exclusive tasting leads you to discover the iconic wines of the estate through a vertical tasting of Cavalli, accompanied by Le Redini and Forcole, for a journey through elegance, structure, and evolution.
The experience begins in front of the evocative Church of San Leolino, an ancient three-nave basilica that houses works of great artistic value, perfectly setting the stage for the historical and refined atmosphere of the experience.
The tour continues in the fermentation room, the heart of production, where the wine comes to life in the fermentation vats and proceeds to the barrel cellar, where French oak barrels slowly guide the wine to its full expression.
Finally, at the estate, you will enjoy a guided tasting of five red wines: Forcole Chianti Classico DOCG, Le Redini IGT, and a vertical tasting of Cavalli IGT from the 2022, 2021, and 2020 vintages, enriched by tastings of extra virgin olive oil and grappa.
