Our cellar
The company is located in San Pietro di Feletto, halfway between the Dolomites and Venice, in the hilly area of the province of Treviso, in the heart of the Prosecco Superiore Hills, proclaimed a UNESCO World Heritage Site on July 7, 2019.
A winery nestled inside the hill from which wines that satisfy even the most refined palates come out. All this is possible not only thanks to the dedication, enthusiasm, and experience of the Balbinot family, but also due to the unique geological and microclimatic characteristics of the area. In fact, the winery takes its name from the location where the main vineyards extend between Tarzo and Conegliano called Manzana, a hilly strip of morainic origin well exposed to the sun, whose fertile soil is the result of the Würm glaciation.

Stroll among the native vines of the area and let yourself be enchanted by a cellar dug into a hill. And finally enjoy a good glass of Prosecco Superiore DOCG. What will you do Walk in the vineyard in our Solidarity Vineyard (weather permitting) Visit to the cellar and bottling plant with relative explanation Tasting of 3 glasses of Prosecco Superiore DOCG or 3 wines of your choice Tasting of cheese or local cured meats Bakery products What to expect We will welcome you to the company and you will meet the Balbinot family, who will accompany you on this adventure to discover their wines. The visit will begin with a walk in the Solidarity Vineyard adjacent to the cellar, you will know the reason for this particular name and the characteristics of this area today a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The experience will continue with a walk in the cellar, letting yourself be amazed by the natural temperatures that we find inside the hill and by the different production methods of Prosecco Superiore DOCG and other local wines. After visiting the bottling plant, there will be a tasting of 3 wines of your choice, without limitations. You will be able to taste the different sugary types of Prosecco Superiore DOCG, the various differences of terroir or other native vines of the area. All accompanied by bakery products and local cured meats or cheeses.
