Poggio della Dogana is located in Terra del Sole, an elevation that in the 16th century served as a boundary point between the Papal Romagna and the Grand Duchy of Tuscany. Today, the farm spans 20 hectares across the hills of Castrocaro Terme – Terra del Sole and Brisighella, in the heart of Romagna.
The characteristics of the land are crucial for the unique style of our wines: the brown and ochre clays of Castrocaro, rich in bromine, sulfur, and calcium, and the sea breeze blowing from the Adriatic just a few dozen kilometers away to the limestone soils of Brisighella, which impart the unmistakable extension of sapidity.
In the wines and people of Poggio della Dogana, you can sense notes of passion for friendship and love for a land as strong and romantic as Romagna.

Tasting dedicated to the winery's white wines. Albana, Trebbiano, and Metodo Classico (Sangiovese vinified in white) take center stage in this experience, accompanied by the only Sangiovese produced in the lands of Brisighella, the Arlesiana.
