We start with a brief introduction concerning the history of the company.
The tour continues with a look at the vineyards surrounding the estate, returning to the cellar, built with cutting-edge criteria, we move on to the production area, dedicated to winemaking and aging in barrels, and then continue in the area of packaging and storage.
The tasting will consist of 3 wines accompanied by our typical products.
Host information
The La Canosa winery is part of an estate located in the Piceno area, in the heart of the Marche region and takes its name from Poggio Canoso, one of the four castles in the municipality of Rotella. Among these magical valleys, immersed in the silence of the Sibillini Mountains National Park, the young entrepreneur Riccardo Reina, has chosen to give life to an ambitious wine project.
The Cantina La Canosa extends over 100 hectares of land and is located at the turn of the 43rd parallel, latitude recognized as particularly suited to the production of wines of excellence.
The vineyards extend over 26 hectares, right in the heart of the Val Tesino, behind the Monte dell'Ascensione, a place with a fertile position thanks to the thermal breezes that ensure a successful cultivation of the vine.
