We will start with the wonderful story of the Sommaruga family and the discovery of Chianti Classico and its fantastic Sangiovese vineyards.
You will visit the cellars and taste wines aged for months or years in wooden barrels.
Surely this is the most complete experience !The tasting will be accompanied by local gastronomic products chosen and cooked to satisfy the palate of each guest.

Lunch menu

• Vegetarian bruschetta with some fresh produce from the Garden

• Bruschetta with Panzanello extra virgin olive oil
• Selection of pecorinos served with special Panzanello sauce.
• Lasagna with meat sauce or ribollita or first course depending on the season
• Peposo all'Imprunetina or pork roast with side dish
• Dessert: cantuccini, almond cookies typical of Tuscany or house dessert

Types of wines: 5 wines chosen from Chianti Classico and Super Tuscan, rosé and bubbles
