Mattia Montanari, with energy and passion, leads the Opera 02 winery towards ambitious goals. The vineyards extend over 17 hectares of land cultivated according to organic farming practices. Among the native grape varieties, Lambrusco stands out, in the Grasparossa variety, alongside Malbo Gentile, Greccheto, and Trebbiano di Modena.
