A true journey where we will share our Biointegral manifesto and how we apply it in all our decisions. Discover an unspoiled environment rich in biodiversity, where nature still reigns supreme, amidst our native vineyards tended with biodynamic practices. Meet the Comtois draft horses, with which we work the soils to prevent soil compaction. We will then reach our cellars, where you will learn about the winemaking techniques we adopt, culminating in the evocative Anforaia, where our wines age in terracotta as in ancient times. The tour will conclude with a guided tasting of four Olianas Biointegral wines in our dedicated room, along with our own EVO oil, accompanied by selected local products.

The Olianas estate was born in 2000 out of a deep friendship between Stefano Casadei and the Olianas family of Gergei. Together they gave life to the dream of practising ethical agriculture, respectful of nature and its rhythms.
The estate covers about 30 hectares in the Sarcidano area, 60 kilometres north of Cagliari, and the land is farmed according to biodynamic practices: 3 hectares are used to grow fruit trees and produce fodder to feed the animals on the estate and to increase biodiversity. Today Olianas produces wines that are not only organic, but BioIntegral®: linked to the history of this land, the result of research, great dedication, expert hands and a constant commitment to safeguarding our ecosystem, to leave it intact to our children.
Our wines are Cannonau and Vermentino, as well as Bovale, Nasco and Carignano, the indigenous grape varieties that speak Sardinia. They are the result of painstaking work in the vineyard, with the utmost respect for the vines and the land. The use of herbicides, chemical fertilisers and synthetic products is forbidden. Harvesting is strictly manual, with grape selection directly in the field. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and during vinification any intervention limits the addition of additives to a minimum. Stainless steel, precious woods and terracotta amphorae are the materials used for the refinement of Olianas wines: personality and character authentically Biointegrale®.
