A path among the rows that changes appearance and colors with the passing seasons, immersed in the landscape of the hills and accompanied by the view of the surrounding castles.
An opportunity to learn about the territory and its connection with wine, before visiting the winery and experiencing it in the glass through tasting.
Includes: vineyard walk (40–50 min), guided winery tour (30–40 min), 3 glasses, taralli, crackers, and breadsticks
Bad weather / cancellation: In case of bad weather, the winery will notify guests as soon as possible. A refund for the experience is available, unless guests prefer to reschedule or choose an alternative activity.

Oinoe-The City of Wine is located on the first Parma hills (Guardasone di Traversetolo), right in the heart of the Emilia “Food Valley”. The winery is surrounded by 50 hectares of land, 23 of which are vineyards.
Oinoe is a family-run business: the Cerioli family, led by Alex, has managed to create a microcosm centered entirely around wine on the hill of Guardasone. Their great passion for this product combines with experience and a work culture that forms the most important part of the heritage passed down from generation to generation.
Among the cultivated varieties are native and “historical” vines of the Parma hill viticulture (Lambrusco Maestri variety, Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Bonarda, and Barbera) and non-native vines, mainly resulting from the influence of French domination in the province's wine culture, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Moscato. A unique terroir (geological texture) and a particularly favorable microclimate allow these types to be cultivated with surprising results.
The winery has recently obtained the SQNPI certification for advanced integrated agriculture, which protects human and environmental health by adhering to full sustainability criteria and minimizing the production activity's impact on nature.
Special care is given to the various production cycles: soil tillage, pruning, and hand-harvesting of grapes gently placed in small crates, ensuring the bunch remains intact. The modern production techniques adopted and cold processing then allow for the preservation of flavors, aromas, and characteristics of the various types of wine produced as naturally as possible.
The non-vineyard lands adjacent to the property's vineyards are cultivated in rotation with different types of wheat and chickpeas, to produce various types of stone-ground flour and different pasta formats.
The guided tour takes participants on a discovery of Oinoe and its production philosophy, through the main spaces of the winery.
The tour narrates the territory, the vineyards, and the different stages of production, from grape processing to aging, then continuing to the barrel cellar and the room dedicated to the Classic Method.
