Oinoe-The city of wine is located on the first Parma hills (Guardasone di Traversetolo), in the middle of the Emilian "Food Valley" territory. The winery is surrounded by 50 hectares of land, 23 of which are vineyards.

Oinoe is a family-run business: the Cerioli family, following Alex, has succeeded in creating on the Guardasone hillside a microcosm all about wine. The great passion for this product is combined with the experience and culture of work that is the most important part of the legacy passed down from generation to generation.

The varieties cultivated include native and "historical" vines of Parmense hillside viticulture (Lambrusco Maestri variety, Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Bonarda and Barbera) and non-native vines, mainly derived from the influence of French domination also in the province's enoculture, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Moscato. A special terroir (geological texture) and a particularly favorable microclimate allow these types to be cultivated as well with surprising results.

The winery has recently obtained the SQNPI certification for advanced integrated agriculture, which protects human and environmental health by respecting the criteria of full sustainability and minimizing the impact of production activity on nature.

Particular care is given to the various production cycles: tilling of the soil, pruning and hand-picking of the grapes resting delicately in small crates, which ensures that the grapes remain intact. The modern production techniques adopted and cold processing then allow the flavors, aromas, and characteristics of the various types of wine produced as naturally as possible to be preserved intact.

The non-vineyard land, adjacent to the property's vineyards, is cultivated in rotation with different types of wheat and chickpeas, to produce more types of stone-ground flour and different pasta shapes.
