Vine: Chardonnay 100% - Vineyard size: 10 hectares. - Terrain type: morainic terrain with stone presence. - Training system: guyot. - Vine Density: 4500 plants/hectares - Yield: 9 tons per hectare - Harvest: end of august Vinification: hand picked selected grapes, soft pneumatic crushing, fermentation in steel tuns at controlled temperature. - Aging: 7 months in steel and at least 90 months on yeasts. Tasting notes: golden yellow, bright and elegant, with very thin perlage; on the nose it shows a great complexity and opulence, with evident notes of candied citrus, custard, saffron and hazelnuts; on the palate it is sapid, with just acidity in a complex of great harmony. Pairing: risotto, white meats and cheeses, whether or not seasoned; ideal companion for great occasions.

In the heart of Franciacorta, where the boundaries of the lake meet and merge with those of the hills, beautifully exposed to the sun and the crisp air, lies the Ambrosini Estate.

The winery is located in the middle of the vineyards and is equipped with the most modern processing plants.

Here the Ambrosini family dedicates itself with passion to the cultivation of eight hectares of vineyards, destined for the Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir vines.

A Night on the Farm

Un sabato passato tra i vigneti, la cantina e il buon cibo. Bravi a tutta la famiglia Ambrosini, professionalità, passione , disponibilità, e generosità, si colgono appieno passando qualche ora assieme a loro. Ottimo lavoro chiaramente anche con i vini, cantina giovane , dinamica , che ha saputo creare buonissimi prodotti. Sicuramente una esperienza da ripetere.

Grazie per la bellissima giornata di Sabato davvero PLATINUM !!! Professionalità estrema , chiarezza , semplicità e simpatia ! Abbiamo imparato tanto e compreso perché i vostri Franciacorta sono così superlativi !!! E il bar a Faenza dove vado sempre La Loggia) lì ha e ci conosce ed apprezza molto !! Ottima esperienza, Marco che ci ha presentato la storia e la vita tenuta è stato bravissimo, un piacere sentire il racconto che ha fatto. L'inizio è stato un pò così così, passeggiare nelle vigne da soli non è il massimo, suggerirei di dare almeno qualche informazione scritta su un volanti in modo che ci si possa incuriosire un pò, poi in cantina abbiamo recuperato alla grande, con la degustazione abbiamo terminato alla grande, bella, elegante, belle bottiglie e ottimo accompagnamento. Complimenti, tornerò con amici.

Visite in cantina ne ho fatte molte ma a Tenuta Ambrosini si percepisce la passione della famiglia e la voglia di trasmetterla a chiunque, anche a chi è al primo approccio. Divertente e mai banale, la visita prima e il pranzo poi, è stato ricco di dettagli e curiosità che hanno reso la giornata davvero molto interessante. Suuuuper consigliato!!
