The experience begins at 11:00 a.m.* with Walking in the Vineyards on your own, followed by Visit to the Winery with explanation of the Metodo Classico of Franciacorta, then proceeds with Lunch at our farmhouse within the Estate.

Frimo:Risotto with Franciacorta Tenuta Ambrosini DOCG paired with Franciacorta T.A. Extra Brut "Santa Caterina" DOCG

Secondi: Spiedo Bresciano based on mixed meats cooked on the grill (6h cooking) paired with Franciacorta T.A. Brut "Batudè" DOCG**

Contorno: Polenta Bresciana and Baked Potatoes.

Sweet: paired with Franciacorta T.A. Satèn Millesimato DOCG.

The overnight stay will be at the CASCINA CATERINA IN VIA BASSO CASTELLO No. 6 IN CAZZAGO SAN MARTINO.

Check-in to be arranged according to the choice of lunch day.

On request, it is possible to stay in the SATEN apartment equipped with a Jacuzzi at a cost of 10.00 euros per person.

To be paid on site STAY TAX EURO 2.00 per person per day (excluding up to 14 years)

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Event cancellation must be notified by email to booking@tenutambrosini.it no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the event.

Refunds will be made at 75% of the total amount, or can be turned into vouchers for the amount of the reservation,

to be used on another date.

If the cancellation is less than 48 hours, the reservation is no longer refundable.
