Wine Tour Experience - Tradition and New Ideas IGT in Pagnana
Fattoria Pagnana is now directed by the new Breschi gender, who have tried to breathe new life into it, hence the PAGNANA IGTs were born, which want to create a dialogue between past and present, between tradition and innovation.
The visit starts from the panoramic terrace where it is automatic to immerse oneself in the essence of the Florentine hills, with a breathtaking view that embraces all of Vallombrosa at a glance, and focuses on the developments and projects undertaken
Every sip of our wines is a dialogue between past and present, between tradition and innovation.

Host information
Immersed in the beauty of the Florentine hills, the Fattoria Pagnana, a renowned destination for tasting Chianti, is located just 15 kilometers from Florence. For more than half a century, the Breschi family has passionately managed this winery, committing itself to the cultural traditions of the area and to sustainable agriculture, producing quality wine and olive oil labels.
The Pagnana Farm covers 240 hectares, with about 30 dedicated to vineyards and 40 to olive groves. Situated between 200 and 250 meters above sea level, the property boasts a variety of east/south-east facing soils, characterized by a good temperature range, ideal for the production of Chianti from the Florentine hills.
Wine and oil production is not only a matter of tradition, but also a commitment to sustainability and innovation. The Pagnana winery is dedicated to winemaking that is attentive to modern practices and respects the identity of the area and its pedoclimatic characteristics.
In recent years, three women from three different generations of the family have worked to bring a more feminine touch to production, looking to the past to enhance the aspects that make Pagnana unique: love of the land, tradition and innovation.
In addition to wine and oil production, Fattoria Pagnana offers one of the most fascinating agritourism in Tuscany experiences with a winery in the region. Our facility offers a variety of experiences, from the opportunity to visit the winery in Florence, to the possibility of staying in our "spread" farmhouse, to the possibility of holding your wedding in our romantic location in the Tuscan hills.
Book your visit to the winery and discover the authentic taste of Chianti from the Florentine hills. Look forward to welcoming you to Fattoria Pagnana, your farmhouse in Tuscany with winery."
