Sono stata con il mio fidanzato in questa splendida cantina per il nostro anniversario. Tra le diverse cantine abbiamo scelto la Tenuta l’Impostino, che leggendo la loro presentazione mi ha ispirato molto ad assaggiare i loro vini.
Siamo arrivati in questa Tenuta immersa nel verde, i vigneti e molto curata, dove ci hanno accompagnato chi la gestisce (il Signor Fabio) molto carini e gentili, dove ci ha accompagnato a fare una visita della Tenuta, molto interessante e poi abbiamo proseguito con il pranzo di 3 portate (più dolce) con l’abbinamento dei vini. È stata una bellissima esperienza e una piacevole esperienza! Devo fare i miei complimenti per tutto, sia per il buon pranzo che per i loro eccellenti vini che ci sono piaciuti molto, infatti ne abbiamo comprate diverse bottiglie. Ve lo consiglio vivamente se volete fare un esperienza diversa, in tranquillità in mezzo alla natura. Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Welcome Guests with a welcome aperitif during which we will taste our Metodo Classico Spumante di Bianco d'Alessano e Fiano accompanied by tarallini from Puglia.
Guided tour in the cellar and, during the tour in the barrique cellar, tasting of a Primitivo stapled directly from the barrique.
At the end of the guided tour, tasting of our Primitivo di Manduria DOP and, finally, of our Jorche Extra Virgin Olive Oil on homemade friselline.

Jorche is also a wine and wine tourism company immersed in the green countryside of Taranto.
Now in their fifth generation, the sisters Gianfreda, Dalila and Emanuela dedicate themselves with curiosity, creativity and enthusiasm to the historic family business.
Near the Masseria there is the new winery, a modern structure of high technological value.
The construction of the current Cellar coincides with the beginning of a new phase of Jorche's winemaking activity and with the debut of its new wines.
A modern and technologically advanced architectural structure with a fermentation temperature control system that jealously preserves the authentic values of the past. The wines rest in the silence of the new underground cooperage and the last ageing of the Primitivo takes place in the large barrels and barriques and partly in the "capasuni" according to the original method.
