Strongly desired by Countess Susanna, encouraged by the winery's female staff (the Pomario Witches), "Muffato delle Streghe" is a harmonious and structured nectar. It presents aromas of honey, spices, candied fruits and caramel, thanks to Botrytis cinerea.

The vineyard, planted in 2010 with Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc, benefits from an ideal microclimate: morning mists and sunny afternoons create the perfect conditions for noble rot. Selective harvesting takes weeks, followed by 2-3 years of aging in wood.

This dessert wine also pairs well with foie gras and spicy aged cheeses.

Pomario is a small hillock very bright and isolated from the rest of the territory by a thick forest that surrounds it and that slopes down to the bottom of the valley to the river Nestore. Vigenti and olive groves have always been cultivated according to the dictates of organic farming.
