Before entering the winery, we linger in the small baglio to discover the ancient farming tools. We head to the area dedicated to winemaking, passing through the bottling area, we reach the aging room for red wines between barrels and barriques. We will complete the experience with a tasting of 3 wines that evoke all the warmth of the Mediterranean. We will prepare for you a tasty brunch with 5 Sicilian specialties and a typical dessert. A few steps from the Federico II vineyard we reach the winery, which is meant to echo the square shape of the typical Sicilian Baglio. Here we will discover together the curiosities of the winemaking, aging and bottling process. The visit to the winery ends in the barrique cellar where the red wines rest for years. In the vast meadow adjacent to the winery, we will have the opportunity to discover aromatic plants, centuries-old olive trees, flowering arches and tools of farm life. We will prepare an area reserved for you and set up a cozy picnic on the lawn; we will deliver the box with the kit, the five Sicilian specialties including tasty salami, local ricotta cheese, vegetables from our garden, homemade bread with extra virgin olive oil, delicious citrus jellies, organic honey, and water.
