We will welcome you among the pathways leading to organic vineyards, olive groves and citrus orchards for an engaging nature walk. The first stop will be in the aroma garden to enjoy a sensory game to discover the main aromatic plants of the Mediterranean and meet the farm animals. We will also visit the small wheat field ( in production from April to June) to talk about ears, flours, grains. Passing through the rows of the "Frederick II" vineyard we will learn about the secrets of the vintners, the characteristics of the soil, and the particularity of the climate. A few steps from the vineyard we will arrive in front of the winery's baglio to learn about the fascination of farming tools. We will enrich this unique experience with a guided tour to discover together the winemaking, aging and bottling process and taste two wines straight from the tank. We move to the farm premises to make the
