Sileno - Cannonau Di Sardegna D.O.C. is a red wine of exceptional quality, produced by Ferruccio Deiana in the lush lands of Sardinia. This wine is vinified with Cannonau grapes, an indigenous variety of the region, which gives the wine its unique characteristics. The winemaking process involves a long maceration of the skins, which extracts the maximum aromatic and polyphenolic compounds, followed by a short maturation in wooden barrels that further enriches the wine's profile.

Sileno shows a deep, inviting ruby red color. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet of forest scents, with pleasant vegetal notes reminiscent of the Mediterranean scrub. These aromas envelop the senses and prepare the palate for an equally rich and satisfying taste experience.

In the mouth, Sileno is characterized by a warm, savory and persistent taste. Its structure is robust and enveloping, with well-integrated tannins that lend a pleasant softness and length to the finish. This wine stands out for its ability to enhance the flavors of the dishes with which it is paired, thanks to its complexity and depth.

Sileno is the ideal companion for roasted red meats, game, aged cheeses and cured meats. Its ability to pair with such varied and flavorful dishes makes it an extremely versatile wine, suitable for both elegant dinners and convivial occasions.

Buying Sileno - Cannonau Di Sardegna D.O.C. means bringing to the table a piece of Sardinia, with all the richness of its wine-making tradition and the quality guaranteed by Ferruccio Deiana.
