Franciacorta

Franciacorta DOCG Riserva 2020, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from our vineyards in Cellatica, Gussago and Brescia. Fermentation and maturation of the base wine take place exclusively in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation is carried out using selected yeasts, after which the wine rests sur lies for 65 months, followed by a further 6 months of ageing in the bottle. With almost no residual sugar (1.5 g/l), great freshness and pronounced minerality, this Franciacorta is the ideal companion for the finest dishes of Brescian cuisine.

Consigliata!
