Cantina Sorres

We are two sisters, hence the name “Sorres” in Sardinian, and we have chosen to create a winery that embodies a family knowledge passed down through generations and our culture of professionalism and innovation. Our goal has always been to produce fine wines that express the territory where they originate, Romangia, a historic region in northwestern Sardinia renowned for the quality of its wines. It is the hard and constant work in the vineyard, the careful care of the vine and its fruits that make our products high-quality wines intended for a discerning and sensitive audience.

We strive every day to ensure that our agriculture is sustainable, where technological innovation and respect for the environment coexist. We cultivate according to the principles of organic farming, favoring an approach that protects biodiversity, preserves the soil, and beneficial insects. We believe that quality wine is born first and foremost in the vineyard, which is why we still rely on the skilled hands of humans who care for each plant, harvest, and select the grapes without the aid of machines, but with the passion necessary to ensure the highest quality.
