Rosèlena

This wine comes from the pressing of red grapes macerated only a few hours with the skins to extract the delicate pink color. The bouquet offers floral and fruity notes reminiscent of roses and violets. The taste is dry, pleasantly acidic, with good sapidity and long persistence. Ideal to serve with aperitifs, stewed fish, fried fish and vegetables.

The basic philosophy is very respectful of tradition, the territory and the various processing practices that are followed directly, during all stages of production, from vine cultivation to winemaking and bottling, with great passion and desire to produce high quality wines,

With Moscato in the heart, to produce Asti and Moscato d'Asti, continuing to cultivate the more traditional Dolcetto and Barbera and the more innovative Chardonnay and Pinot to produce Alta Langa, Valter and his two sons Umberto and Riccardo intensify their efforts on Nebbiolo to make Sassisto, Nebbiolo, Barbaresco and Barolo.
