With Moscato in the heart, to produce Asti and Moscato d'Asti, continuing to cultivate the more traditional Dolcetto and Barbera and the more innovative Chardonnay and Pinot to produce Alta Langa, Valter and his two sons Umberto and Riccardo intensify their efforts on Nebbiolo to make Sassisto, Nebbiolo, Barbaresco and Barolo.
