Orange Wine
Alagna Vini | Baglio Baiata
Product information
Orange wine is made from late-harvested white grapes which are then fermented on their skins for several weeks.
This process intensely extracts the colour and aromas from the skins, creating the orange hue.
This process produces a robust wine with good ageing potential.
Given its robust character, this wine pairs well with spicy dishes or meat.
