Ageing: At least 1 year in old barrels, in tuff caves
Characteristics: Can be kept for several years. Even once opened, it retains its organoleptic characteristics over time thanks to its alcohol content

Alcohol content: 17.5° vol
Available sizes: 75cl with mushroom cork, 1–2 L with screw cap
Serving temperature: 16–18°C
Pairings: Pairs well with all desserts
Production process: A blend of Sicilian white grapes, 5% cooked must, with added alcohol derived from wine materials, aged for a long time in large oak casks
