Inzolia Inari’ – Vino bianco siciliano
Alagna Vini | Baglio Baiata
Product information
The Sicilian white wine Inzolia is one of the hidden gems of Italian winemaking. Hailing from the splendid region of Sicily, Inzolia wine is prized for its elegance, freshness and aromatic complexity.
The Inzolia vines are grown on mineral-rich volcanic soils, lending the wine a certain minerality and a distinctive freshness. The grapes, harvested in mid-September, are processed with great care to preserve their unique qualities.
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, which allows the wine to retain its vibrant freshness. The result is a white wine with a brilliant straw-yellow colour and greenish highlights.
On the nose, Inzolia offers a bouquet of intense and complex aromas. Floral notes of white flowers, citrus, melon and peach blend harmoniously with hints of Mediterranean herbs and subtle spices. This combination of aromas makes Inzolia irresistible even on the nose alone.
On the palate, Inzolia is fresh and full of flavour. Its balanced acidity makes it versatile when paired with a wide range of dishes, from Mediterranean to international cuisine.
Its lingering aroma leaves a pleasant, almondy aftertaste on the palate, typical of Sicilian wines. This characteristic, combined with its lively acidity, gives Inzolia wine a balanced structure and a harmonious finish.
For those who appreciate mineral notes, elegance and freshness, there is no doubt that Inzolia wine will be a delightful companion for special occasions or simply for enjoying a moment of relaxation.
