The tour will then move to the cellar, where each stage of the winemaking process will be explained: here the company's wines come to life, are structured, mature, and refine.
During the tasting in the tasting room above the barrel cellar, all the unique characteristics of each wine will be illustrated, and you will have the opportunity to taste 5 organic wines paired with local dishes.

Host information
The company Massimo Rivetti, with its 25 hectares of vineyards, cultivated entirely using organic methods, offers a range of both traditional and international grape varieties.
The annual production is around 100,000 bottles, mainly divided between Barbaresco and Langhe Nebbiolo.
The plots are grouped around three farmhouses: Froi, Garassino, and Bussolino.
In the first one, located in the municipality of Neive, is the winery situated on the Serraboella hill, one of the most important for Barbaresco production.
